Position
Robert Weir KC is a highly regarded barrister dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence matters, with a focus on high-value catastrophic brain and spinal injury cases, matters involving conflict of laws, industrial disease claims and human rights cases. He deals with complex and high value matters in these areas and acts for a wide range of clients, both claimants and defendants.
