Specialises in all areas of employment law, including discrimination law, whistleblowing, industrial relations, holiday pay, unfair dismissal, equal pay, breach of contract, TUPE, restrictive covenants and jurisdictional issues. Particular expertise in complex disability discrimination claims, whistleblowing claims and industrial relations. Clients include multinational corporations in the financial, technology, construction, retail and transportation sectors, public sector clients including NHS Trusts and trade unions and senior executives. Expertise in education law.
