Position
Sebastian Purnell specialises in all areas of employment and discrimination law (both claimant and respondent), tax law (both HMRC and taxpayer), sports law and general commercial litigation. He regularly appears in high-value multi-day hearings in the Employment Tribunal and the First-tier Tax Tribunal, and has also appeared in the EAT, Upper Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal.
