Bruce Carr KC practises predominantly in the field of employment law, but also in commercial law, some tax and public law. Regularly instructed on behalf of both employers and trade unions, in particular in the EAT. Also frequently appears in interlocutory injunction applications, ranging from restrictive covenants to trade disputes. Substantial practice in discrimination, (including equal pay) transfer of undertakings and large-scale redundancy matters. Frequently instructed by a range of government departments. Also instructed in inquiry work.
