Recent and ongoing cases include the Tesco fraud litigation (investor claims resulting from the publication of fraudulent accounts), Halliburton v Chubb (arbitrator bias), Nissan v Ghosn (fraud claim against the former president of Nissan). A particular emphasis on international fraud and asset tracing, financial services, shareholder and company disputes and arbitration. Frequently appears in Courts and tribunals overseas, including BVI, Cayman, Singapore.
