Commercial, banking and financial services: Outer Temple€’s commercial practice encompasses advocacy and advisory work across a number of areas, with a particular emphasis on banking-related litigation and civil fraud. Chambers has an extensive financial services regulatory practice, with members regularly appearing and advising on matters before the RDC and Upper Tribunal.
