Position

Barrister:

Joanna is an Employment and Personal Injury law specialist.  She represents Claimants and Defendants/ Respondents in Courts and Tribunals and provides advice and drafting for litigation and negotiation purposes.  She is a fierce advocate for her Clients and has a reputation for providing sound, practical advice and dealing with complex issues in a direct and sensible manner.   Joanna has particular experience and interests in TUPE, unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination on the grounds of race, disability, sex and sexual orientation, as well as Equality Act claims in the Civil Courts including discrimination by service providers and unincorporated associations, and Personal Injury cases involving Accidents at Work, Occupier’s Liability, Road Traffic Accidents involving motorcycles, private cars, heavy goods vehicles and public transport vehicles as well as Personal Injury Fraud cases and Professional Negligence.  Joanna also has experience in the field of Ecclesiastical Law, appearing in the Consistory Court.
