Position
Tom is a specialist in personal injury litigation, dealing with all aspects of personal injury claims. He undertakes work for both claimants and defendants, dealing predominantly with multi and fast track work. He welcomes CFA work.
Between 2007 and 2011 Tom was appointed by the Attorney General as Junior Counsel to the Crown (Regional Panel), during which time he was instructed by the Treasury Solicitor to undertake civil work for government departments and other publicly funded organisations.
Appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the North Eastern Circuit in March 2019.
