Position

Christopher has an established practice covering all aspects of intellectual property and IP-related contractual and financial disputes (including FRAND).  His 1st class physics degree and industry experience give him an edge in IT and technology actions, and his clients range from blue chip companies and household brands to SMEs and individuals across a wide range of industries.  Christopher has a strong trial practice as sole counsel, and is a popular and effective junior frequently instructed in major and multi-national litigation.  He is also an ‘expert’ adjudicator in Nominet’s domain name dispute resolution service.
