Employment and discrimination: Chambers has a well-established employment practice. Members of our team provide a high quality, effective and approachable service, focusing on the particular needs of the client. We regularly represent clients in cases of all complexity, from high value restrictive covenant claims and directors’ duties to unfair dismissal and minimum wage disputes.
Chancery and commercial: Members of the Chancery and commercial practice group cover a broad and diverse range of disputes, we are highly experienced, able to assist with both non contentious and contentious issues and able confidently to advise at all stages, from initial tactics through to drafting and representation at mediation or trial.

Personal injury and clinical negligence: Members act for both claimants and defendants in personal injury, clinical negligence, product liability and fatal accident claims. We have experienced advocates at all levels of seniority. Our work includes (but is not limited to): road traffic accidents; catastrophic brain and spinal injury; accidents at work; industrial disease; stress and bullying at work; and failures to diagnose. We have represented Properly Interested Parties at Inquests. We have also been involved in cases where jurisdictional issues engage and claims against the Ministry of Defence.
Immigration: Members offer advice and representation in respect of a full range of immigration and asylum matters; representing clients across the country in the First Tier Tribunal; the Upper Tribunal; the Administrative Court and the higher Appellate Courts.
