O'Farrell‘s environmental law practice is closely integrated with the firm’s public law, energy and dispute resolution teams, and focuses on advising clients in the energy, mining, electricity and telecoms sectors on the environmental aspects of their operations. Land remediation, visual contamination and non-ionising radiation from telecoms antennae networks are among the department’s areas of expertise, with support on contentious environmental law disputes also offered. The practice is led by public law and regulatory specialist Jorge Muratorio. Agustina Fanelli Evans (regulation and public law) and Agustín Siboldi (oil and gas and power) are available to provide additional partner-level support.
