- Representing the Republic of Poland before the Belgian Courts in proceedings for the setting aside (annulment) of an UNCITRAL arbitral award, in proceedings administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration, in favor of Manchester Securities Corporation, a subsidiary of Elliott Associates L.P. and Elliott International, L.P. Group, on the basis an alleged violation of the US – Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty.
- Advising Intersport Belgium BV in relation to the recovery of its €400,000 claim in the bankruptcy proceedings of its former Ghent-based member Axi-Sport (Intersport Ghent) and against the former director of Axi-Sport who provided a personal guarantee for the debts of the company towards Intersport.
