Work highlights

  • Assisting De Werkvennootschap (of which the sole shareholder is the Flemish region) in the realisation of the complex Public-Private Partnership infrastructure project Noord-Zuidverbinding Limburg (“NZL”), impacting Houthalen-Helchteren and the vicinity.
  • Assisting Blue Gate Development Antwerpen with the redevelopment of a brownfield after depolution into a sustainable, industrial/commercial site, including CO²-neutral buildings, a mobility charter to lower traffic, green leases with specific “green” lease obligations, a park manager and a charter for the site users to commit to sustainability in doing business.
  • Assisting De Molens NV, started as a joint venture between 3D Real Estate and Atenor and now solely a project entity of 3D Real Estate for the development of a mixed-use project in Deinze, along the Leie, on the site of the former "Dossche" mills. The development is part of a public-private partnership (PPP project) 'Urban living at the Leie'.
