The group’s expertise covers debt offerings in Latin America, Europe and the US, including the registration of American depositary receipt programmes, as well as convertible bonds for Chilean companies and the structuring of derivatives products. It is also highly experienced in tender offers, where the team is able to leverage the firm’s notable M&A credentials. Additionally, the team has a strong track record in securitisation work, while the firm’s investment and mutual funds practice routinely assists with the incorporation of funds.
