César served as an international associate at Winston & Strawn in New York, USA, from 2018 to 2019.

He is a member of the Young Lawyers’ Committee of the Regional Forum of the International Bar Association (IBA).

In the academic field, he is a Professor of Corporate Governance at Universidad Finis Terrae.

Earned their Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Finis Terrae in 2012. They furthered their education by participating in the Academy of American and International Law at the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law in Texas, USA, in 2014. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA, in 2018.
