Henrik mainly advises banks, pension funds, private equity sponsors, debt funds and corporate borrowers. Henrik also has substantial experience assisting lenders and borrowers in all stages of special situations debt finance and debt restructurings, drawing on his extensive knowledge within finance and insolvency law.
