Jacob Sand

Jacob Sand is head of the firm's Labour & Employment practice group. Jacob specialises in a broad range of employment law issues. Having worked for more than 3½ years as a Legal Secretary at the European Court of Justice and having acted as an active advocate before the EU Court, Jacob has state-of-the-art knowledge and understanding of all aspects of EU employment law. Jacob Sand combines this knowledge with profound insight into collective labour law. This means that he is one of the most widely used litigators in Labour Court cases.

Rasmus Høj Christensen

Rasmus Høj Christensen has many years of experience in advising on employment law. His primary focus is on advising on employee relations in connection with M&A transactions, outsourcing and restructuring, as well as informing and consulting employees in this regard. In addition, Rasmus Høj Christensen has extensive experience in both cash and share-based incentive programs, including transaction-based incentive agreements.

Ditte Grundtvig Larsen

For several years, Ditte Grundtvig Larsen has specialised in advising on labour and employment law. Particularly, Ditte has extensive practical experience with employment law aspects of major national and international transactions where she advises on transfer of employees and collective bargaining agreements as well as employer obligations with regard to information and consultation. Ditte also has extensive practical experience with general labour and employment law issues, including termination of employments where both legal and HR aspects come into play.
