For several years, Ditte Grundtvig Larsen has specialised in advising on labour and employment law. Particularly, Ditte has extensive practical experience with employment law aspects of major national and international transactions where she advises on transfer of employees and collective bargaining agreements as well as employer obligations with regard to information and consultation.
Ditte also has extensive practical experience with general labour and employment law issues, including termination of employments where both legal and HR aspects come into play.
