Managing partner Javier Robalino, chairman of the ICC arbitration commission in Ecuador, leads the practice with Luis Carlos Fernández, who oversees the labour practice, and Andrés Donoso, who heads the energy department. Cristina Viteri, who specialises in litigation and international arbitration specialist, is also part of the core team.
