The practice at FTPA is capable of handling advisory, transactional and contentious construction matters, for which it is frequently called upon by contractors, property developers and corporations. Areas of strength include contract negotiations, industrial claims litigation, urban planning mandates and the acquisitions of real estate portfolios. The group is jointly led by Emmanuel d’Antin, Robert Corcos, and Raphaël Crespelle. D’Antin specialises in litigation and commercial contract drafting, while Corcos majors on cross-border litigation and arbitration; Crespelle’s background is in public law.
