Formed in January 2022 with the arrival of Loraine Donnedieu de Vabres-Tranié, Thomas Picot and Florent Vever from Jeantet, Tactics has rapidly established a broad EU, competition and distribution practice. The team has extensive experience in merger control (with notable expertise in advising on notifications to the Polynesian Competition Authority) and also has a strong reputation for representing clients in FCA investigations and follow-on damages claims, including defending Lactalis in the ongoing dairy products cartel case.
