Tactics enjoys a strong reputation for contentious matters, with an excellent recent caseload that includes sensitive antitrust investigations and litigation before the FCA, as well as private enforcement actions before the highest courts. The team is also increasingly active in merger control and FSR clearances, with significant experience of advising on competition matters in French Polynesia, and assists with distribution and competition compliance issues.
