Taylor Wessing advises industrial companies and public sector clients on land-use planning and environmental compliance and is also regularly involved in administrative proceedings. The team is particularly well versed in emissions control, waste and contaminated sites law, which it applies in industrial construction and expansion projects, among other matters; clients also regularly draw on its expertise in product-related environmental law. While Norbert Kämper primarily acts in approval and plan approval proceedings for commercial and infrastructure projects, Oliver Klöck, who took over the practice management from Kämper in 2023, is adept in regulatory health law.
