Pantheon Chambers has an active family law team that is home to Azan Marwah, who joined the set in January 2023 from Resolution Chambers. His practice focuses on public law and family litigation, including cases regarding child custody, adoption and wardship, ancillary relief, inheritance and probate, and international child abduction. In RM v AY, Marwah acted for the claimant in successfully annulling her forced marriage on the grounds of duress, the first case of its kind in Hong Kong. Shaphan Marwah also has a notable family law practice, covering matrimonial finance matters, children-related disputes, and issues concerning the Hague Convention. He also appears regularly before the High Court and District Court in high-value financial remedy cases. Ronald Pang has a growing practice with expertise in handling high-net-worth family assets.
