Work highlights

Representing the Government of the Republic of Korea before the Directorate General of Trade Remedies in the Bilateral Safeguard Investigation concerning imports of Ferro Molybdenum, under the Korea-India CEPA free trade agreement.
Retained by LS Metal Vina LLC to assist in representations to the Government of India regarding the introduction of New Shipper Review provisions in the Indian Countervailing Duty regime.
