Representation of MAN in a motion to certify a class action that was filled to the Tel Aviv District Court in October 2016, by a small company on behalf of the whole class, against MAN and other truck manufacturers.
Representation of GlaxoSmithKline Israel and GlaxoSmithKline plc in a claim filed against them by Unipharm Ltd. The claim, filed in 2011, focused on the allegation that the GSK companies applied for a patent in Israel in connection with the active ingredient in the Seroxat drug in order to harm competition and to deter Unipharm from producing and marketing a generic drug for Seroxat (Paxxet) in Israel.
