Work highlights

  • Represented Bosch with respect to a Motion to Certify a Class Action which was filed to the Centre District Court on September 2020, against Bosch and against two additional respondents (NGK and Denso) regarding their part in the "Spark Plug Cartel". The motion for certification is based on criminal and administrative proceedings that were conducted against the cartel members in Europe, United States, Canada, and Brazil, in which the Respondents admitted to the facts and to their liability for the restrictive arrangement.
  • Represented MAN in a motion to certify a class action that was filled to the Tel Aviv District Court in October 2016, by a small company on behalf of the whole class, against MAN and other truck manufacturers.
