Herzog Fox & Neeman‘s energy department offers a comprehensive set of legal services to a range of clients in the sector, regularly advising lenders, sponsors, suppliers, and developers on a diverse array of renewable and conventional energy matters across all stages of the project lifecycle. Jointly leading the team are key contact for cross-border financing and transactions Adam Eytan, and Mark Phillips, who has significant experience with photovoltaic projects as well as all aspects of oil and gas matters. Working under the duo’s stewardship are transactions regular Eran Wagner and Zara Gold, who is highly engaged in pumped storage projects.
