Adv. Arad is the Co-Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Adv. Arad specializes in complex real estate transactions, including large scale residential projects which include hundreds or thousands of housing units, and possesses significant reputation regarding Tama 38 (a National Outline Plan for the reinforcement of buildings against earthquakes) and urban renewal projects. Adv.
