Position

Adv. Arad is the Co-Head of the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Adv. Arad specializes in complex real estate transactions, including large scale residential projects which include hundreds or thousands of housing units, and possesses significant reputation regarding Tama 38 (a National Outline Plan for the reinforcement of buildings against earthquakes) and urban renewal projects.

Adv. Arad provides continuous legal consulting to real estate companies, developers and infrastructure companies regarding various projects and transactions, including commercial projects, public housing projects, hotel projects and more.

Adv. Arad advises public and private real estate companies, as well as leading Israeli and international entrepreneurial companies. In recent years, Adv. Arad had handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in Israel – both from the legal rights’ status aspects of the relevant real estate, and from the transaction’s commercial and financial aspects.

Adv. Arad advises clients from the planning and acquisition stages, through the development stages and construction and registration stages. He advises on financing procedures, and on real estate tax aspects, and represents clients before various government authorities.

Among Adv. Arad’s clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and entrepreneurs of large-scale real estate projects.

Adv. Arad has been repeatedly recognized, year after year, by various international directories, among them is Chambers & Partners, by domestic directories and by professional magazines, as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the real estate field.

In the past, Adv. Arad was a senior partner at Dankner Lusky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm in the real estate, commercial and corporate fields.
