Partner Eyal D. Mamo is one of the most prominent lawyers specializing in real estate, planning and construction in Israel. Clients tap into his unique track record following his position as Chairman of the Central District Appeals Committee for Planning and Construction and his involvement in drafting bills and regulations for the Ministry of Interior. Eyal also served as the public representative on the Ministry of Justice Council of Land Assessors’ Supervisory and Appeals Committees for more than a decade and is involved in planning regulation as legal counsel for the Association of Contractors and Builders in Israel. He is the current editor of the most comprehensive books in the field – Planning and Construction Law. Eyal advises local authorities, real estate developers and construction companies, providing legal consultation for plan approval processes involving residential, hotel, office, industrial and commercial projects. Given his planning background, he also acts for clients in objections and appeals before planning bodies, and in administrative appeals and petitions to the Supreme Court.
