- Assisted Essetifin S.p.A. before the Administrative Courts to obtain the annulment of the decision of the Italian Competition Authority alleging an abuse of a dominant position in the Italian market for the production and sale of drugs based on chenodesoxycholic acid (CDCA).
- Assisted TIM S.p.A. before the Administrative Court of Second Instance against the Italian Competition Authority for the confirmation of the first instance ruling that annulled the ICA’s decision imposing a fine totaling 228 million € on Fastweb, TIM, Vodafone and Wind Tre for an alleged anticompetitive agreement regarding monthly billing in the telecommunication Italian market.
