  • Assisted Eni Sustainable Mobility in the merger control aspects related to the agreement for a strategic partnership with PBF Energy Inc. in the biorefining and production of HVO diesel sector, through the creation of a 50/50 joint venture in connection with the biorefinery, currently under construction, in the area of the Chalmette refinery (Louisiana - USA) owned by the PBF group.
