- Assisted Nuovo Imaie in relation to a judicial action brought before the IP Court of Rome against one of its competitors, Artisti 7607, which has claimed damages for an alleged abuse of dominant position.
- Provided legal assistance to Vimeo in relation to complex IP litigation against RTI regarding the alleged copyright infringement related to the presence on Vimeo’s platform of Mediaset’s copyrighted contents.
