Luca Guidobaldi has a strong expertise in the field of intellectual property law as well as of specialized IP and commercial litigation. Luca has been working in since 2012 as an active member of the Firm’s IP, Antitrust & Competition practice and of the Litigation & Arbitration practice.

Luca can boast an highly-specialized academic and professional curriculum, as he has always been focused on the fields of intellectual and industrial property law – a field in which Luca also earned an LL.M. in the United States in 2011 – and of media, entertainment, information technology and computer law.

In its daily work at Nctm, Luca is constantly dedicated to provide his assistance and advice, in and out-of-court, to a broad array of varied and established national and international Clients – ranging from the youngest start-ups to the biggest “Made in Italy” brands, from solo artists to popular rock bands and showbiz celebrities – particularly in the field of copyright, trademarks, software (including videogames), patents and designs, covering also anti-counterfeiting, music and entertainment law, publicity & reputation law matters.

Luca is a member of prominent IP associations in Italy and worldwide, such as INTA, AIJA and LES Italy, ad he is also the author of several publications in some of the most recognized Italian law-reviews specialized in the IP and media law sectors. Luca is also a teacher and lecturer in digital law and copyright at private Italian design academies such as Quasar Institute of Advanced Design in Rome.
