- Providing legal assistance to Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. in relation to a complex cross-border action against Jorge Antonio Fernandez Garcia and his company Automoviles Lamborghini SA (ALSA) who claims since the ‘90s to be the exclusive licensee of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.'s registered trademarks (also for the production of vehicles) in Latin America, as well as being a non-exclusive license for the rest of the world.
