Position

Michele Bignami, Equity Partner at Nctm advises large multinational groups and local companies across a range of industries on employment and industrial relation matters.  He also advises on distribution cases, which for historic reasons in Italy these types of cases come within Italy’s  Labour law).Michele regularly advises top-managers both during the negotiation of their employment agreement and in connection with the termination of their engagement.  He also has expertise in the M&A sector stemming from early in his career and is frequently involved in large transactional projects concerning labour restructuring procedures.Michele leads employment-law focused groups, which include academics and business professionals, on the impact and potential risks which new technologies may pose in the workplace as it relates to employees and workplace policies and procedures.
