Work highlights

Advised Air Astana on its Rule 144A/Regulation S initial public offering and triple listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, the Astana International Exchange and the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
Advised the Astana Financial Services Authority on issuing an “industry netting opinion” on the enforceability under the acting law of Kazakhstan of the termination, bilateral close-out netting and multibranch netting provisions of the privately negotiated derivative transactions entered into under the ISDA Master Agreements.
