Noted for its established claimant practice, Hausfeld & Co LLP is increasingly focused on defendant-side litigation. Drawing on its global network, the ‘efficient and effective’ group is well placed to advise on disputes with cross-border elements. Ned Beale is praised as ’smart, sharp and very responsive’ and focuses his disputes practice on the aviation industry, while Lucy Pert excels in commercial disputes, particularly concerning the financial services sector. Lianne Craig strengthens the firm’s international capabilities, frequently advising Spanish clients. Simon Bishop brings a background in financial services to the team, and Jonathan Amior is also recommended. Former practice head John McElroy left to join Fieldfisher in July 202, while Duran Ross left to join Lewis Silkin.
