- Advising Ashland Inc. as the originator and issuer on a ten-jurisdiction STS-compliant trade receivables securitisation, funded by a US investment bank and the CP conduit of a European investment bank.
- Advising Conister Bank Ltd as lender/purchaser counsel on various structured lending and receivables purchase facilities for SME borrowers and originators on a back-to-back basis, for the purposes of funding underlying loans, finance leases and mortgages originated by such borrowers and originators to their underlying customers.
