International Disruption

Founded by Brian Minutti in June 2024, International Disruption is less a traditional law firm than a platform designed to permit both local and international investors to participate in debt operations withouth having to create an additional business entity. The firm offers legal, administrative, operational, regulatory, financial services, along with monitoring processes; in addition to Minutti (finance, capital markets and compliance), the currently 11-strong firm can draw on the legal expertise of former Chávez Vargas Abogados finance co-head Alejandro Carreño (planning & implementation of corporate structures and financing projects).
