The group is well-versed in representing manufacturing, commercial and service companies, in their capacity as debtors, in a wide range of financial operations, including syndicated credits, the financing of assets and the exchange of debt. Additional areas of focus include the representation of domestic and international banks as creditors, and the handling of the transactional aspects of restructuring, such as securities issuances. Leadership of the practice is shared between the firm’s founding partners, Fernando Del Castillo and Alfonso Castro. Linda García de Alba takes care of general corporate advisory work, banking and finance mandates, and the restructuring of private and public debt.
