Sánchez Devanny

José Berrueta Ochoa heads up the capital markets team at Sánchez Devanny, and has taken the practice group from strength-to-strength since his June 2022 arrival from Ritch, Mueller y Nicolau, S.C., with the practice gaining major new clients in the automotive and finance sectors. The team represents issuers, broker dealers, and local and international investments banks in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Carlos Matsui was promoted to partner industrial in February 2023.
