Senior practitioner Ramón Bravo has over 30 years' practice experience, handles the gamut of corporate operations, and splits his time between the firm's Mexico City and Monterrey offices. He co-leads the practice with younger partner Héctor Cuevas (in Mexico City), who specialises in M&A and other transactional matters.
