It continues to counsel BP, Sony and Nike in such cases. Beyond the class-action niche, the practitioners are also well versed in administrative, civil, commercial and constitutional litigation, and frequently act for the Mexican subsidiaries of major multinationals. Senior figure Edgar Grajeda is a regular lead counsel in the aforementioned class actions; he co-leads the department alongside Daniel Morán, who is noted for energy and real estate controversies, judicial reviews subsequent to public tenders, administrative sanctions, nullity trials and amparo proceedings.
