Launched in March 2024, new start up Assembla features a number of established partners from well-known firms, including the senior members of the former Ibarra del Paso y Gallego disputes team, practice head Juan Miguel Martínez Mendieta and former senior associate -now counsel- Diego Maurer. The practice primarily handles administrative, civil, commercial and constitutional amparo cases, with both Martínez (‘a lawyer with great practical knowledge’) and the ‘excellent’ Maurer handling the full array of dispute types. Martínez practice additionally reaches into alternative dispute resolution, including both arbitration and mediation.
