The specialist insurance practice group at full-service heavyweights Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. continues to advise on some of the most complex issues in the domestic market, acting for major players in insurance and reinsurance. The team’s workload reflects some of the foremost trends in the market, including preventative matters, innovative schemes for medical attention involving health insurance coverage, and a steadily growing range of corporate reorganisations. A particular niche of late has been the team’s advise to a number of Colombian insurance groups on their entries into the Mexican insurance market.
