The practice is led by name partner Yves Hayaux-du-Tilly, who is widely recognised as a pioneer of the insurance law market in Mexico. His experienced team includes: Luciano Pérez, who handles the spectrum of non-contentious insurance matters, as well as managing claims, settlement negotiations, policy analysis and coverage opinions; and associate Enrique Salcedo, whose particular strengths are in regulatory and compliance, dispute resolution and other contentious matters.
