DAC Beachcroft Mexico

The team at DAC Beachcroft Mexico is well-established in the country’s insurance and reinsurance market and covering the full suite of matters in the sector. The practice has been particularly renowned for its support on litigation in the insurance arena and in November 2022 hired Fabio Corominas (from boutique firm Harrsch & Corominas), who has taken on co-leadership of the practice and is a specialist litigator. He joins fellow co-head Miguel Ángel de la Fuente, who leads on the firm’s international matters in Mexico; he has extensive experience advising on claims and structuring policy, primarily in aviation, marine and energy, P&C, and financial lines.
