Following its July 2024 merger, Pérez-Llorca inherits the legacy team from González Calvillo, whose varied list of clients for labour and employment services has a distinct focus on compliance and contentious matters. Risk assessments and internal investigations are also regular constituents of the team’s workload, with key matters all led by practice head Luis Enrique Cervantes. Cervantes has over 15 years' experience in labour law, social security and benefits advice, and is supported at associate level by senior Luis Guillermo Vázquez and Mauricio Contel.
