Deloitte Legal’s labour and employment offering has recently been engaged by a host of its multinational clients regarding compliance with the raft of labour reforms enacted by the López Obrador administration. The team is also a reliable choice for labour and employment aspects of major M&A, a case in point being its recent advice to Productos Mondelez regarding its acquisition of Ricolino – a standout mandate in the transactional segment. That advice was led by practice co-head a well-regarded figure in the market, most notably for complex collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
