Littler Mexico

Littler Mexico, the local outpost of the global labour and employment firm, houses experienced advisors on the full range of labour and employment matters, both collective and individual, contentious and advisory. The firm has been established in the Mexican market since 2012 and assists a multinational client base from offices in Mexico City, Monterrey and Saltillo. The main names to note include litigation-focused managing partner León Rodríguez; senior practitioner and one of the founding partners, Mónica Schiaffino; and Tania Terrazas, whose broad advisory practice encompasses compensation and benefits, terminations, employer substitutions, international assignments and immigration matters. after two years at the firm, Jorge Sales Boyoli left in July 2023 to relaunch his own boutique.
